The following accommodations are approximately 15 minutes driving distance to the conference site (depending on traffic!); however, there are many other hotels in the area available to you. We do not have discounts arranged with any specific hotel but you may find reduced pricing available through online travel sites, AAA, other organizations, or by using your airline/travel points.
Conference attendees may also want to check out Airbnb for nearby accommodations. The conference site is located in the Plaza - Midwood area of Charlotte which is a culturally vibrant historic district undergoing rapid growth and renovation. The area is very popular with Airbnb travelers.
